AB  - <p>A 56-year-old woman with recurrent locally advanced breast cancer (rcT1a N3a M0, Luminal B) underwent curative intent treatment. Oral nutritional support (ONS), which was an immune-nutrition formula, was implemented to optimize her nutritional status and support treatment tolerance. This case highlights the importance of nutritional support in improving treatment outcomes for patients with recurrent breast cancer.</p>
